2011-08-27 1.About Making Samples It takes 2-7 days for urgent samples when materials and colors are easy to source in market or design-room. Samples will charge US $50-100 for the first order, and we will refund it after confirming the orders. We welcome you to send samples to copy. Can put your own logo, label, hangtags... 2011-08-27 2.About Minimum Qty It depends on material and its color availability from market stock, if no problem, 1000is possible,but handling cost is higher.The more you purchase,the lower price you get. 2011-08-27 3.About Shipping Usually goods are shipped from Xiamen port.We usually use our forwarder to ship by the carrier, such as APL,PIFF, HANJIN, OOCL, COSCO OR EVERGREEN, etc. Of cousre,we accept customer's assigned forwarder. After goods are shipped , we will fax you documents: Packing List, Invoice, B/L, ect. 2011-08-27 4.About Delivery For promotion, the delivery is super important and we respect all our promise. After order is confirmed, it takes usually 30 days for the goods about 200k pcs; For big quantity such as 1000k pcs of big bag, when delivery is urgent, we will produce in 2-3 factories and ship within requested time( 35-50 days). For small quantity, if the color of material is available immediately, within 10-15 days the goods can be ready, if material in that color is not available immediately, and needs purchasing, it takes 15-20 days.When the delivery is top urgent, which is 7-10-15 days after order, we will try our best to satisfy.We are controlling better and better the delivery these years although promotional orders allow shorter and shorter time. 2011-08-27 5.About Paymen We accept L/C sight, T/T. Nowadays, we do 90% biz by T/T rather than L/C, as it takes more time to check L/C in bank, and the charges become more and more higher. Since customer needs simple term & low price to compete, we prefer simple and fast payment-T/T. By T/T, we need 30% deposit, balance before shipment and after goods being ready, or against copy of B/L. And we are flexible to different customer for different trust grade from different country. 2011-08-27 6.About Customer Protection When the model is customer''s original design, we will neither show it at any trade show, nor show to other customers. |
